Returns & Refunds

Before sending the item for RMA, please contact us  to inform us about the problem.

1. Exchanges

If the replacement units are in stock, it can be shipped within 1-2 business days. If the replacement units are out of stock, your account manager will inform you once it is shipped.

 

2. Repairs (Within Warranty Period)

Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) within the warranty period. Mesilix will ship out the repaired items after tests and verifications.



To apply for exchanges, the request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.


* Customers are to ensure that all goods collected are working and in good condition before accepting it. If the goods are found to be in unacceptable condition after collection, the customer will be required to come down to our Office for a 1 to 1 exchange.

* 1 to 1 exchanges for products that have been damaged by the customer are not allowed. (For selected models)

* Mesilix reserves the rights to have the final say on whether the goods can be exchanged.
