Mesilix ensures that all our products go through strict quality control and are of genuine brand. If you have any issues with your purchase, Mesilix provides maintenance service for those products that have not exceeded the after-sales warranty term.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty Term

During the period, Mesilix only covers defects caused by normal use and logistics warranty damage, quality problems. 

Free Warranty Exclusions:
1. The products has exceeded the warranty period.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification and any other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.
4. Damage caused by improper operation to equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.

Warranty Procedure


1. All stock models can be exchanged within  7 days  as long as the product packaging has not been opened, product is unactivated and unused with all the accessories intact.
2. For exchanged orders, a 2-step process known as the "The exchange process" will be initiated, products will be subjected to technical and procurement testings before they can be accepted as an exchange.
3. Products exceeding the 7 days requirement will  not be accepted for exchange.
4. The warranty period for some products can be extended, the order of warranty extension must be stated in the order remarks.
5. Warranty extension can only be granted after the sales has initiated the extension application process. If no extension application has been initiated, the technician has the right to refuse any warranty extension.
